Miller等发现许多化学致癌物,其原型或经代谢后都是亲电性的,能与细胞大分子中的亲核中心相互反应而具有致突变活性。化学致癌物是一些结构多样而复杂的化学物质,包括有机、无机化合物、固体物质、免疫抑制剂和激素。从化学结构看,这些化学物质的致癌机制也不全相同,实验也证明确有一大批化学物质不属于亲电性化学物质或不具有致突变性。
Miller found that many chemical carcinogens, the prototype or after the metabolism are electrophilic, with the nucleophilic center of the cell molecules interact with mutagenic activity. Chemical carcinogens are a variety of chemical structures and complex chemical substances, including organic, inorganic compounds, solid substances, immunosuppressive agents and hormones. From the chemical structure, the carcinogenic mechanism of these chemicals are not all the same, the experiment also proved that a large number of chemical substances do not belong to electrophilic chemicals or do not have mutagenicity.
