比较基因组杂交（ｃｏｍｐａｒａｔｉｖｅ ｇｅｎｏｍｉｃ ｈｙ－ｂｒｉｄｉｚａｔｉｏｎ，ＣＧＨ）是一种在ＦＩＳＨ技术的基础上发展起来的分子细胞遗传学方法，经一次染色体原位杂交实验即可在全部染色体或染色体区域水平对不同基因组间ＤＮＡ序列拷贝数进行检测并定位。
