高赖氨酸玉米又称为高营养玉米,其籽粒胚乳蛋白中所含的赖氨酸和色氨酸比普通玉米高出7O—100%,从而显著提高了玉米蛋白质的营养价值与利用率。1987年我院育成的高赖氨酸玉米品种石单021,组合75—308/O_2×M_017/O_z与引进的中单206等品种已在兵团示范推广3.2万亩。为了加快高赖氨酸玉米在我区的开发利用,根据我们近几年育种、栽培与饲养试验研究结果,就其营养价值、经济效益,利用前景与栽培技术简介如下。
High-lysine corn, also known as high-nutrient corn, contains 70% to 100% more lysine and tryptophan than conventional corn in the grain endosperm protein, thereby significantly increasing the nutritional value and utilization of corn protein. In 1987, our college bred high lysine corn variety Shendan 021, combination 75-308 / O_2 × M_017 / O_z and the introduction of Zhongdan 206 and other varieties have been demonstrated in the Corps 3.2 million mu. In order to speed up the development and utilization of high-lysine corn in our district, according to our research results of breeding, cultivation and feeding experiments in recent years, the nutritional value, economic benefits, utilization prospects and cultivation techniques are as follows.
