The progress of society, the development of science and technology, the rise of mega-cities in densely populated areas, the general improvement of cultural and educational levels of residents, and the continuous updating of news media and equipment have all contributed to the ever-expanding and developing scale of the modern world news media. The speed is accelerating. In the 1990s, the electronic media industry experienced tremendous changes. Driven by technology, economics, policies, regulations, globalization and social forces, these changes have caused a significant impact on the operation and management of radio, television, cable, and telecommunications. With the rapid development of economic globalization and information communication technology, the media ecology of our country is undergoing profound changes. Emerging media such as portals, blogs, podcasting and mobile phones have become part of the life of the audience. Traditional media have increasingly recognized the power of new media and the importance of updating business strategies.
