青刀豆是秦皇岛市外贸部门引入的一个杂交架豆品种,它具有荚长、肉厚、质地脆嫩、纤维少、生长势强等特点,目前在国内外市场上颇受欢迎。抚宁县卢王庄乡卢王庄村1988年有200户农民种植青刀豆152亩。在市外贸收购期(7月5日-25日),该村共交售20万公斤,收入9.94万元,平均亩产豆荚1316公斤,亩产值654元。据16户统计,扣除种子、化肥、架杆等生产开支,平均亩纯收入为527元,最高的达800元。外贸收购期过后,豆秧仍青绿,幼荚和新花不断,多数群众继续浇水追肥,加强管理,每亩又收豆荚1031公斤。此时正值蔬菜淡季,每公斤售价达0.8-1元,批发价0.6-0.8元,亩产值又增745元。交外贸与自售合计,亩均纯收入达1272元。豆荚收完后及时栽种大白菜或菜花,一般亩产大白菜5000-7500公斤或菜花1000-1250公斤,亩产值400-600元,上下两茬,亩产值1700-1900元,纯收入1500-1700元,最高可突破2000元。
