动态能力理论自被提出之后,逐渐成为战略研究的重点,但如何构建动态能力仍是一个重要而又有待研究的问题。本文将环境变化、知识来源与各种能力的整合与变换融入一个统一的框架来构建企业动态能力。变换能力和吸收能力是公司新知识的重要来源,新知识通过外部吸收能力、内部潜在能力和外围能力进入现有的知识体系,企业通过外部能力和内部能力的整合与变换来应对变化的市场环境并获得持续竞争优势。
Since its introduction, the theory of dynamic capabilities has gradually become the focus of strategic research. However, how to construct dynamic capabilities remains an important issue to be studied. This article integrates and transforms environmental changes, sources of knowledge, and capabilities into a single framework to build the dynamic capabilities of the business. Transformational capacity and absorptive capacity are important sources of new knowledge for the company. New knowledge enters the existing knowledge system through external absorptive capacity, internal latent capacity and external capability. Enterprises respond to changing market environment through the integration and transformation of external capabilities and internal capabilities And access to sustainable competitive advantage.
