通过实验方式测量在各种不同幅值工频交流冲击下,具有稳定层与没有稳定层的钇钡铜氧(YBa2Cu3Ox,YBCO)超导带材上不同区域的电压和温度。针对超导带材的临界电流分布不均匀的现象,提出分析这种不均匀性的物理模型,利用该模型对具有不均匀临界电流密度分布的YBCO超导带材的过电流冲击特性进行仿真计算分析。通过实验结果与仿真计算结果的对比,分析了YBCO超导带材的不均匀性对其过流特性的影响,研究结果可以为超导电力设备的设计提供有益的参考。
The voltage and temperature in different regions of yttrium barium copper oxide (YBa2Cu3Ox, YBCO) superconducting tapes with and without stable layers were measured experimentally under various AC and AC power shocks. Aiming at the inhomogeneous distribution of critical current in superconducting tapes, a physical model to analyze this inhomogeneity is proposed. The model is used to simulate the overcurrent impact characteristics of YBCO superconducting tapes with non-uniform critical current density distribution analysis. The influence of the inhomogeneity of the YBCO superconducting tape on the overcurrent characteristics is analyzed by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results. The results can provide useful references for the design of the superconducting power equipment.
