采用茎尖组织培养生产无病毒马铃薯种薯的方法,大量试验资料证明是解决马铃薯种性退化的一种先进方法。为了弄清无毒薯在鄂西地区的推广应用价值,1981年我们对无毒薯与同品种的有毒薯的生产力进行了比较试验,现将结果简报如下。
The method of producing virus-free potato seed by tissue culture of tips is proved to be an advanced method to solve the problem of potato degeneration. In order to clarify the popularization and application value of non-toxic potato in Western Hubei Province, in 1981 we conducted a comparative experiment on the productivity of non-toxic potato and the same type of poisonous potato.
