改革开放的新形势,给号称“国家队”的国有大中型企业带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。在挑战面前,由于种种主客观原因,一些企业束手无策,步履维艰,陷入低谷。“国家队”如何迎击时代的挑战?这已成为改革开放新形势下必须首先解决的大问题。许多有识之士纷纷出谋划策。仁者见仁,智者见智。而最令人感佩的则是站在前沿的大中型企业自己。他们中的强者,面对挑战,勇敢出击,排除困难,走出适合自己的路。我们在这里发表了“国家队”里两名普通“队员”创造的经验,希望他们的做法能给关心国有大中型企业发展的人们以启示。
The new situation of reform and opening up has brought opportunities and challenges to state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises known as the “national team.” In the face of challenges, due to various subjective and objective reasons, some enterprises are in no help, are struggling, and are in a trough. How does the “national team” meet the challenges of the times? This has become the major issue that must be resolved first in the new situation of reform and opening up. Many people of insight have come up with ideas. The benevolent sees the person, and the wise sees the wisdom. What is most impressive is the large and medium-sized companies that stand at the forefront. The strongest of them, in the face of challenges, bravely attacked, eliminated difficulties, and went out of their way. Here we have published the experiences created by two ordinary “team members” in the “national team” and hope that their approach will give inspiration to those who care about the development of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.
