在课堂教学中,教师的主导作用主要体现在帮助学生成长为他自己学习和发展的主人,进而成为未来生活的主人。要做到这一点,教师就要把引导学生主体参与作为课堂教学的主旋律。这首先要有量和形式上的突破,打破以往教师满堂灌、学生被动听的旧格局,课堂上给学生阅读、思考、交流、练习的时间和机会,同时必须在质和内容上追求全面性、深入性和创造性,使每个学生的身与心、知与情都动员起来,卷入其中,生动活泼地学习和发展。
In classroom teaching, the leading role of teachers is mainly reflected in helping students grow into his own learning and development of the masters, and thus become the masters of future life.
