河南农业大学于1981年创建了中国第一个农村能源专业和与此相配套的可再生能源实验室。1993年被河南省评定为省级重点学科,1994年被国务院学位委员会批准具有农业生物环境与能源工程硕士授予权(点),1996年被农业部和河南省确定为部省共建重点开放实验室,1998年获得农业生物环境与能源工程博士授权(点),2003年被批准设立博士后流动站。依托本实验室建有“农业部省柴节煤产品及设备质量监督检验测试中心”、“劳动和社会保障部农村能源特有工种职业技能鉴定站”。目前实验室共有固定人员26人,平均年龄41岁,其中教授9人,副教授9人,讲师4人,高级实验师1人,实验师2人,助理实验师1人。具有博士学位的10人,
Henan Agricultural University in 1981 to create China’s first rural energy professionals and supporting the renewable energy laboratory. In 1993, it was appraised as the provincial key discipline by Henan Province. In 1994, it was approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council as the master’s conferring point of agro-biological environment and energy engineering. In 1996, it was confirmed as the key open experiment by ministry of agriculture and Henan province Room, obtained the Ph.D. (Ph.D.) in Agricultural Biological Environment and Energy Engineering in 1998 and was approved to establish a post-doctoral research station in 2003. Relying on the laboratory built “Ministry of Agriculture Diesel coal products and equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center ”, “Ministry of Labor and Social Security rural energy-specific occupational skill identification station ”. At present, there are totally 26 fixed personnel in the laboratory, with an average age of 41 years, including 9 professors, 9 associate professors, 4 lecturers, 1 senior laborer, 2 laboratory technologists and 1 assistant lab technician. 10 people with a doctorate,
