“十三五”时期,广西特色新型智库建设应紧紧围绕党的十八届五中全会作出的重大战略部署来确定自身研究的方向和重点,深入贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,为全面建成小康社会多献务实之策。因此,从绿色规划、绿色转型和绿色生态这“三位一体”的框架来加强和推进广西特色新型智库建设,促进“两个建成”目标实现,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
