在离子选择电极法中,加入标准法的误差公式尚未见报导。Karlberg认为在一次加入标准法中,电位变化值ΔE应大于0小于65毫伏;Baumann则认为应保证ΔE≥40毫伏,加入标准溶液的体积不大于1毫升。这些结论只是作者的一种估计,缺乏用误差公式加以理论说明。本文从考虑了各种影响因素时的一次加入标准法的定量公式,推导出它的误差公式,为选择一次加入标准法的适宜工作条件提供理论根据。
In the ion-selective electrode method, adding the standard error formula has not been reported. Karlberg that in a standard method of addition, the potential change ΔE should be greater than 0 less than 65 millivolts; Baumann think should be guaranteed ΔE ≥ 40 millivolts, the volume of the standard solution was added is not more than 1 ml. These conclusions are only an estimation of the author, lacking the theoretical explanation by error formula. This article deduces its error formula from the quantitative formula of the standard method when all kinds of influencing factors are taken into consideration, and provides the theoretical basis for choosing suitable working conditions for adding the standard method once.
