The first systematic work-positivism and “neo-kantianism” in German legal philosophy are now past. The great and systematic works that have emerged in the last five years speak in so far as they can be categorized in the kind of development I described earlier (these works, first of all, to be mentioned here) It is a continuum of philosophical schools that are not famous for their opposition to metaphysics in principle. Much of what is examined here is what those thinkers have used to summarize the results of their research, those thinkers who have emerged in an ongoing development. And a part - like Binder - is authoritative to take part in that kind of development.
