水利水电工程概算估算标底报价通用系统是根据部颁水利水电工程概(估)算费用构成标准和编制办法,以及概预算定额编制的。而且随着新文件的颁布及时更新程序和定额库,可用于编制水电工程(采用能源水规[1989]971号文标准)和水利工程(采用能源水规[1991]43号文标准)的投资估算、设计概算、招标标底和投标报价,实现了从基础单价分析到总概(估)算的全部文件编制。本系统采用FOXBASE语言编制,适用于IBM—PC/AT286、386、486及其兼容机。
