上唇皮肤的肿瘤可以侵及鼻底及鼻小柱,肿瘤切除后的缺损采用局部皮瓣即刻修复。手术方法:肿瘤在冰冻组织切片指引下予以充分切除,唇部作全层组织切除,但唇红及粘膜作“∧”形切除。修复缺损时,局部皮瓣上端位于鼻翼侧部,皮瓣宽度等于唇缺损的宽度。将鼻翼基底从唇、颊部组织分离,皮瓣向上唇中部旋转推进修复缺损,组织分三层缝合。此种皮瓣适用于修复上唇及鼻底部缺损,或上唇、鼻底及鼻小柱同时缺损。中术注意:①测量从缺损的唇缘及鼻小柱
