溶液中的分子配位作用是一种微弱的化学作用,分子配合物的结合能与分子间的vander waals作用能具有同一数量级,单纯用一种方法是难以判断溶液中是否有分子配合物的存在以及所测的分子配位常数是否可靠,必须从多方面进行研究,才能得出比较可靠的结论。以测量光的吸收强度的UV/Vis法和以测量核磁谱线位置的NMR法结合进行研究,能排除一般溶剂效应造成判断错误的因素,收到更为可信的效果。
