2003年省委提出“双培双带”这一新的党建工程以来,民勤县经过近两年的努力,整体上取得了较好的成绩,党员的模范作用得到较好发挥,基层组织的凝聚力得到加强,群众对党员和党组织的信心增强了,同时也积累了一些基层组织领导发展的经验方法。但随着农村经济形势的变化,要求我们进一步创新更加灵活务实的实现形式,以丰富“双培双带”的内涵。鉴于此,我们在深入调查研究和认真总结经验教训的基础上,进一步创新基层党建工作的模式和方法,提出了把“双培双带”和“支部加协会”、农业产业化有机结合起来,三位一体,整体推进的新模式。 Since the provincial party committee put forward the new party building project of “double training and double belt” in 2003, after nearly two years of hard work in Minqin County, overall good results have been achieved and the exemplary role of party members has been given full play. In view of this, on the basis of conducting in-depth investigations and studies and earnestly summing up experiences and lessons, we have further innovated the models and methods for grassroots party-building work, put forward that we should organically combine “double-training and double-band” and “branch and association” agriculture industrialization, Trinity, the overall advancement of the new model.
