【目的】研究南疆地区不同类型新疆桃主要果实性状并进行品种筛选评价,为新疆桃资源利用及保护提供依据。【方法】采取田间观察及取样测定等方法,调查新疆桃果实性状并进行分析及评价筛选。【结果】收集调查的25个新疆桃主要类型的果实成熟期差异较大,从7月上旬至10月下旬。果实性状各异,单果重在70.00~279.80 g,果实可溶性固形物含量在10.48%~20.58%;可食率在91.81%~97.39%,果实形状、颜色、肉质、风味等特征表现多样化。【结论】从25个新疆桃主要类型中筛选出了早熟类型-阿克台开桃,中熟类型-阿克米昂沙丽桃、阔克米昂沙丽桃,晚熟类型-艾西夏普土丽桃,高固形物类型-疏附7号。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the main fruit traits of different types of peaches in southern Xinjiang and evaluate the selection of varieties for the purpose of providing the basis for the utilization and conservation of peach resources in Xinjiang. 【Method】 The peach fruit traits in Xinjiang were investigated by field observation, sampling and other methods and analyzed and evaluated. 【Result】 The results showed that there were significant differences in the maturity of the main types of 25 Xinjiang peach cultivars collected from early July to late October. Fruit traits varied with individual fruit weight ranging from 70.00 to 279.80 g. Fruit soluble solids content ranged from 10.48% to 20.58%. Edible rates ranged from 91.81% to 97.39%. Fruit shape, color, meat quality and flavor characteristics were diversified. 【Conclusion】 A total of 25 Xinjiang peach cultivars were screened for the early maturity types - Akeitaitan peach, mid-maturing type - Acmengshali peach, Khokiminchali peach, late-maturing type - Rita, high-solid type - sparse No. 7.
