湖北天发集团公司:你公司关于请求豁免要约收购湖北天发股份有限公司(以下简称“天发股份”)股票义务的报告收悉。经研究.现函复如下:一、考虑到目前国家股、法人股不能上市流通,以及你公司准备长期持有“天发股份”股票等情况,同意你公司披露直接、间接持有天发股份40.89%的情况,并同意豁免你公司由于本次受让后累计持有“天发股份”30.02%的股份而应履行《股票发行与交易管理暂行条例》第四十八条规定的要约收购义务。
