GH169合金系时效强化镍-铬-铁基合金(铌>5%),其主要强化相是γ″-Ni_3Nb.此外,还析出γ′-Ni_3Al、δ-Ni_3Nb、NbC及微量的AB_2、μ、M_6C等相.合金中的γ″相是在1968年才发现的,因此对于它的电化学行为及化学性质的研究还很不够.本文就γ″相的电解离析条件的选择;析出相的化学分离及热处理制度对γ″、γ′、δ-Ni_3Nb及NbC等析出数量的影响作了一些研究,并确定了本合金中析出的γ″、δ-Ni_3Nb、NbC的化学组成式.
The main strengthening phase of GH169 alloy is γ “-Ni_3Nb. In addition, γ’-Ni_3Al, δ-Ni_3Nb, NbC and trace amounts of AB_2, μ, M_6C etc. The γ ”phase of the alloy was not discovered until 1968. Therefore, the electrochemical behavior and chemical properties of the γ“ phase were not enough.In this paper, the choice of electrolysis conditions of γ ”phase, the chemistry of precipitation phase The effects of separation and heat treatment on the precipitation of γ “, γ ’, δ-Ni_3Nb and NbC were studied. The chemical composition of γ”, δ-Ni_3Nb and NbC precipitated in this alloy were also determined.
