2012年12月14日,平谷区旨在提高干部发现问题、研究问题、解决问题能力的“周五调研日”启动,时任区委书记邱水平同志率先深入“全国绿色小康村”——大兴庄镇西柏店村宣讲十八大精神。近两年,平谷区学习型党组织建设以四项举措为抓手、三个融入为载体、八学工程为重点,呈现出菜单化服务、层次化覆盖、案例化传播、互动化交流、精细化组织等特点。平谷区学习型党组织建设迈上了新台阶。
