1964年4月间,七院(后来的中国舰船研究院)科技部舰艇处李嗣尧处长通知我去国防科委开会,接受核爆炸效应试验任务。所谓核爆炸效应试验,顾名思义就是试验核爆炸对各种兵器的效应,简称核效应试验。首次核效应试验,由国防科委组织实施,在这次会议上,国防科委宣布了保密纪律,并决定于一星期后组织各试验队派人去试验现场实地考察。也就是在这年的4月,我成为七院试验队的一员,参加了核效应试验实地考察。
In April 1964, Director Li Siyao of the Naval Academy of Science and Technology of the 7th Institute (later China Academy of Naval Research) informed me to meet with the Commission of Science, Technology and Science for nuclear testing to accept the nuclear explosion test task. The so-called nuclear explosion effect test, as its name implies, is the effect of testing nuclear explosions on various weapons, referred to as the nuclear effect test for short. The first nuclear effect test was organized and implemented by the State Science and Technology Commission of Science and Technology. At this meeting, the Committee on Security and Science of the People’s Liberation Army announced the confidentiality discipline and decided to organize the experimental teams one week later to send personnel to conduct field visits on the site. That is, in April of this year, I became a member of the seven hospital experimental team, participated in the field study of nuclear effects test.
