针对白云纸业生产的湿浆料在运输和存储过程中表层浆料发生颜色变化的问题,利用红外光谱、能谱以及气相色谱-质谱联用仪等多种现代分析仪器进行了多角度的分析,找出了色变原因并提出了具体的应对措施。分析结果表明:湿浆料发生色变可能是由于湿浆料用水中含有的荧光增白剂在运输和存储过程中会与空气中的某些气体反应后发生色变造成的,提出的技改应对措施是采用清水置换生产过程中的白水用以生产高品质浆料;白水经过更换后,色变问题明显改善,但因此造成的成本问题和白水处理问题仍需全盘考虑。
Aiming at the color change of the surface slurry in the transportation and storage of wet slurry produced by Baiyun Paper Industry, the multi-angle analysis was carried out by using many modern analytical instruments such as infrared spectroscopy, energy spectrum and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry , Find out the reason of color change and put forward specific countermeasures. The analysis results show that the color change of wet slurry may be caused by the discoloration of the fluorescent whitening agent contained in the wet slurry during its transport and storage process and the reaction with some gases in the air. The response measures are to replace the white water used in the production process with fresh water to produce high quality slurry; after the white water is replaced, the problem of color change is obviously improved, but the cost and white water treatment problems still need to be considered in a comprehensive way.
