目的研究医院感染病例信息质量和准确性。方法通过回顾性分析2010年995例医院感染病例个案资料,了解院与科室两级管理中信息的差异,得出正确的结论。结果 995例医院感染病例资料中,科室漏报率为19.20%、重报率为20.30%、缓报率为37.09%。结论该医院感染病例信息院科两级之间存在差异,科室报告病例明显低于院级掌握的资料。
Objective To study the quality and accuracy of information on nosocomial infections. Methods The retrospective analysis of 995 cases of nosocomial infections in 2010 to find out the differences between the two levels of hospital and departmental management information and draw the correct conclusion. Results Among the 995 cases of hospital infection, the omission rate was 19.20%, the rate of reimbursement was 20.30% and the rate of retreating was 37.09%. Conclusion There are differences between the two levels of hospital infection case information, and the reported cases in the department are obviously lower than those of the hospital.
