贺泮藻(1873—1960),字文薮,清末秀才,无党派民主人士,山东省菏泽市牡丹区高庄镇贺庄村人。清朝末年,历任直隶黄河河防局高寨窑场职员、主管,直隶黄河河防局职员;民国时期,历任直隶黄河河务局南岸分局代理局长、局长,河北省黄河河务局南岸办事处主任,后兼任南二总段(高村)段长,河北省黄河河务局局长,国民政府黄河水利委员会河北分局局长;1947年任冀鲁豫黄河水利委员会技术顾问;新中国成立后任国家黄河水利委员会技术顾问。
