现将劳动和社会保障部《关于完善城镇职工基本养老保险政策有关问题的通知》(劳社部发[2001]20号,以下简称《通知》)转发给你们,并根据我省实际情况作如下补充通知,请一并贯彻执行。一、已参加企业基本养老保险与企业终止或解除劳动关系后,自谋职业及采取灵活方式再就业的人员,以城镇自由职业人员、个体劳动者身份在当地继续参加基本养老保险,其缴纳基本养老保险费的办法,应统一按《四川省人民政府办公厅关于切实做好2001年度基本养老保险省级统筹工作的通知》
We hereby forward to you the Notice of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on Improving the Basic Pension Insurance Policy for Urban Workers (No.20001 [2001] of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security), and according to the actual conditions of our province, Supplementary notice, please implement together. I. Having participated in the basic old-age insurance of the enterprise and the termination or dissolution of the enterprise, the self-employed and flexible reemployers continue to participate in the basic old-age insurance in the local area as urban free-lance workers and self-employed workers, Pension insurance approach should be unified according to “General Office of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government on practical effective 2001 basic pension insurance provincial level notice”
