目的观察缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿外周血IL-8和中性粒细胞表面黏附分子CD11b表达水平的变化,探讨其在HIE发病中的临床意义。方法选取HIE 94例患儿为HIE组。其中轻度25例,中度31例,重度38例;另选同期本院出生的32例健康新生儿为健康对照组。分别采用ELISA和流式细胞术检测2组新生儿血清IL-8、CD11b表达水平。并对HIE患儿IL-8与CD11b的相关性进行分析。结果 HIE组血清IL-8水平和CD11b表达水平均显著高于健康对照组(Pa<0.01)。轻度、中度、重度HIE患儿血清IL-8水平和CD11b表达量均较健康对照组明显增高(Pa<0.05),组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.05),其中重度HIE患儿表达最高。HIE患儿血清IL-8水平与CD11b表达量呈显著正相关(r=0.84,P<0.01)。结论 IL-8和CD11b可能在HIE发病机制中起重要作用,可作为病情判断及预后评估的观察指标之一。
Objective To observe the changes of IL-8 and neutrophil adhesion molecules CD11b in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to explore its clinical significance in the pathogenesis of HIE. Methods 94 children with HIE were selected as HIE group. Among them, 25 cases were mild, 31 cases were moderate and 38 cases were severe. Another 32 healthy newborn born in this hospital were selected as healthy control group. The levels of IL-8 and CD11b in serum of two neonates were detected by ELISA and flow cytometry respectively. The correlation between IL-8 and CD11b in children with HIE was analyzed. Results The levels of serum IL-8 and CD11b in HIE group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (Pa0.01). Serum levels of IL-8 and CD11b in children with mild, moderate and severe HIE were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (Pa, P <0.05). There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05) One of the highest expression of severe HIE children. The level of IL-8 in children with HIE was positively correlated with the expression of CD11b (r = 0.84, P <0.01). Conclusions IL-8 and CD11b may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HIE, and may be used as one of the indicators of disease judgment and prognosis evaluation.
