患儿王××男10岁学生住院号874955 于1987年6月26日因双眼视力差而入院。患儿出生后,双眼视力差,伴有眼红痛、轻度眼胀,未进行特殊治疗。身体矮小,营养状态中等,皮肤和浅淋巴结无异常。上颌骨牙齿发育不良,面部平坦、牙齿(?)缺齿,稀疏齿、间隙宽。血压100/70mmHg,心电图正常,血、尿常规及肝肾功能检查均为阴性。X 线颅骨形态及结构正常。视力右眼光感,左眼0.3。双眼结膜不充血,右眼角膜表面呈灰白色混浊,角膜内皮水肿,前房浅,虹膜中央隐约可见小孔,其余虹膜萎缩呈蜘蛛网样。左眼上方鼻侧,周边
