笔者自1985年以来试用胎盘注射液治疗复发性甜疮40例,疗效满意。治疗方法:肌肉注射胎盘注射渡,每日一次,每次4毫升,二十次为一个疗程,视病人的情况给予1～3疗程不等。治疗结果:经一个疗程的治疗无复发者13人,25人有点状、麦粒状的复发,复发的时间自23天至5个月不等;加用第二疗程,无复发者17人,8人有点状复发,复发的时间自9个月至1年3个月不等,8人加用第三疗程,至今无复发,除2名患者因故不能坚持注射完一个疗程而无效外,其余均获满意疗效,经追踪,无复发的患者中时间最长的已达五年,40人的平均病程缩短为6天,治愈率为95％。体会:复发性口腔溃疡是临床常见病,具育反复
