目的鉴定浙江传疟媒介种类,为制定浙江省疟疾防治策略提供依据。方法利用媒介按蚊核糖体核酸内转录间隔2(rDNA ITS2)区段基因特征,应用PCR基因鉴别技术,对浙江省现场捕捉的按蚊与嗜人按蚊、八代按蚊、中华按蚊、雷氏按蚊实验室标本进行基因鉴别和比较。结果浙江省现场捕捉的按蚊DNA样本的PCR扩增产物均为250bp,与实验室中华按蚊标本一致。结论浙江省的传疟媒介是中华按蚊,现场调查未发现嗜人按蚊。
Objective To identify the types of malaria transmission vectors in Zhejiang and provide evidence for the development of malaria control strategies in Zhejiang Province. Methods The gene characteristics of ribosomal RNA inter-transcriptional interval 2 (rDNA ITS2) segment of Anopheles stephensi were analyzed. PCR-based genetic discrimination was used to detect the presence of Anopheles anthropophagus, Anopheles stephensi, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles mosquito laboratory specimens for gene identification and comparison. Results The PCR amplification products of Anopheles sinensis captured in Zhejiang Province were all 250bp, which was consistent with the laboratory Anopheles sinensis samples. Conclusion The malaria transmission vector in Zhejiang Province is Anopheles sinensis. No Anopheles anthropophagus was detected in the field investigation.
