当前我国正处于改革发展不断深入的关健时期,新旧体制、机制的转换中国企的一些深层次的矛盾凸现出来,给企业的思想政治工作增加了不小的困难,究竟如何面对?笔者提出了“紧紧围绕企业发展,坚持以人为本”的思想工作主线,并从当前企业职工的思想状况、新形势下思想工作的特点、以及现阶段思想工作的方法和手段入手,对当前企业的思想政治工作提出了自己的思考。
At present, our country is in the crucial period with deepening reform and development. The transformation of the old and the new systems and mechanisms reveals some deep-rooted contradictions among Chinese enterprises.
