港口是宁波最重要的战略资源,临港产业是宁波最需要放大的产业优势。《建议》指出,要择优发展临港工业,做强做优石化、清洁能源等重点临港工业,延伸循环产业链,提升产品价值链,加快建成具有国际一流水准的新型临港工业基地。力争到2015年,基本形成区域特色鲜明、产业关联度大、创新能力强的石化、能源、钢铁、装备制造等新型临港产业集群。
