现在已知免疫与肿瘤有密切关系,免疫功能低下的人容易患肿瘤。不少肿瘤包括白血病,已证实有免疫原性,应用特异性或非特异性免疫疗法治疗肿瘤,可收到一定效果。因此研究肿瘤患者的免疫状态,对了解疾病的病因、诊断,甚至对病程、指导治疗及估计预后,均有一定现实意义。关于白血病患者免疫状态的研究,国内外已有报道,但为数不多,现报道我院51例各类型白血病的体外细胞免疫及免疫球蛋白测定的结果如下。
