昆钢红矿用褐煤作还原剂和燃料的回转窑磁化焙烧半工业试验,是在云锡公司第二冶炼厂的有效内直径1米、长13米的回转窑上进行的。矿石破碎到0~20毫米,混入0~6毫米褐煤作窑给料。窑排料端伸入一支粉煤喷枪吹褐煤粉为加热燃料,产品在窑排料端以密封状态入螺旋排料机,并同时用水冷却焙矿以免重新氧化。窑给料端排除含尘废气径付烟道入旋风收尘器经鼓式收尘器及气水分离器借引风机排入烟囱。通过300和700吨矿样的试验(平均值)知:旋风收尘器入口烟量(标米~3/小时)分别为1331和1547,含尘浓度(克/标米~3)分别为28及30.6,收尘效率分别为78.5%和86%;鼓式收尘入口烟气量(标米~3/小时)1530和1636,含尘浓度(克/标米~3)分别为4.765和3.48,
