作者检测了151例恶性肿瘤患者、59例非癌患者和112例正常人的皮疱渗出液中MA的吞噬功能和外周血中T细胞ANAE活性。结果表明,癌症病人MA的吞噬功能和T细胞ANAE活性均显著低于正常人和非癌患者,且随着肿瘤的发展而下降明显。通过癌症病人手术前后的动态观察,发现切除癌肿或病情缓解时,MA吞噬功能和T细胞ANAE活性可以提高,而肿瘤复发又可再度下降。
The authors examined the phagocytic activity of MA and the ANAE activity of T cells in peripheral blood from the peritoneal exudate in 151 patients with malignant tumors, 59 non-cancerous patients and 112 healthy controls. The results showed that phagocytosis of MA and T cell ANAE activity in cancer patients were significantly lower than normal and non-cancer patients, and with the development of the tumor decreased significantly. Through the dynamic observation of cancer patients before and after surgery, it was found that the phagocytosis of MA and the ANAE activity of T cells could be improved when the cancer was removed or the disease was relieved. However, the tumor recurrence could be reduced again.
