2号机:31—25—7型、制造厂编号第20台。1969年12月20日投产。一、运行1220小时后,于70年3月2日发生和第10压力级叶片事故,断6片,裂纹3片,事故后,在不折下叶轮的情况下,全级换成新叶片,其切向Ao型振动频率为248～257周/秒。事故后对第11、12压力级叶片测频,发现切向Ao型振动频率普遍下降。
