随着我国社会经济和科学技术的快速发展,各行各业都取得了很大的进步,建筑行业同样也不例外,特别是近些年随着城市化进程的不断加快,越来越多的人口涌入城市当中,使得城市住房越来越紧张,这也在一定程度上加快了建筑行业的发展速度。和其他行业相比较而言,建筑行业具有其自身一定的独特性,主要体现在工程管理内容相对比较复杂,而且施工技术、施工人员以及安全管理工作相互之间都存在紧密的联系。鉴于此,本文先分析了我国目前建筑工程项目质量管理工作中所存在的问题,并提出了一系列完善措施。
