目的:探讨多发性肌炎和皮肌炎的有效诊疗方案,总结临床诊疗体会。方法:分析我院2012年10月-2016年10月收治的4例皮肌炎的诊疗经过。结果:经治疗和随访。本组4例患者显效3例,无效1例。结论:采用综合措施提高早期诊断率。提高警惕预防激素治疗并发症,并给了中成药及体疗提高了总治疗有效率。
Objective: To explore the effective diagnosis and treatment of polymyositis and dermatomyositis and to summarize the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Four cases of dermatomyositis treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2016 were analyzed. Results: After treatment and follow-up. The group of 4 patients markedly effective in 3 cases, 1 case of ineffective. Conclusion: Comprehensive measures to improve the early diagnosis rate. To increase vigilance to prevent hormone treatment complications, and to the proprietary Chinese medicine and physical therapy to improve the overall treatment efficiency.
