合肥光源(HLS)是第二代专用同步辐射光源,由200M eV直线加速器、输运线和800 M eV电子储存环组成。真空控制系统是基于EP ICS(Experim en ta l Phys ics and Industria l Con tro l System)的分布式控制系统,3台IOC分别控制储存环上的7台V arian真空规控制器、直线加速器上的15台溅射离子泵电源控制器和输运线上16台溅射离子泵的电源控制器。采用Channe l A rc iver实现了储存环真空度及直线输运线溅射离子泵离子流数据的采集、存档及检索的功能。利用开发的CG I程序,改善了数据检索的性能,并对合肥光源储存环真空管道的束流清洗过程进行了分析。
The Hefei Light Source (HLS) is a second generation dedicated synchrotron light source comprised of a 200 MeV linear accelerator, a transmission line, and an 800 M eV electronic storage ring. The vacuum control system is a distributed control system based on EP ICS (Experiments and Industria l Con tro l System). Three IOCs respectively control seven V arian vacuum gauge controllers on the storage ring. 15 sputter ion pump power controller and transport line on the 16 sputter ion pump power controller. The Channe lArccver achieves the function of collecting, archiving and retrieving the storage ring vacuum and the ion transport data of the sputter ion pump in the linear transport line. Using the developed CG I program, the performance of data retrieval is improved, and the beam cleaning process of vacuum tube in Hefei light source storage ring is analyzed.
