问:我的小孩性格比较脆弱,心理承受力差,遇到一些困难,就变得心事重重,还爱一个人闷在心里。请问怎样解除孩子的心理压力? 答:适当的压力可以激励人努力向上,没有压力会使人疲乏、懒散,但压力太大又会使身心无法承受而出现心理问题。有研究表明,在中小学生中普遍存在厌学、考试焦虑和作弊以及青春期烦恼的问题,有不少学生还有性格狭隘、孤僻、懒惰和任性。作为父母,有责任帮助孩子克服压力,因为对孩子来说,父母是最重要的影响力量。这里给父母们提出几点建议,相信对缓解孩子的心理压力是有帮助的。 1.认真倾听孩子的心声。要想帮助孩子克服压力先要了解孩子心理上有什么压力、压力是从哪里来的。所以,必须听听孩子的倾诉,要抽出时间和孩子面对
