大庆油田液态轻烃管网属于多点注入的多源系统,采用原稳烃、浅冷烃、深冷烃混合输送的方式,目前外输泵启停频繁,压力波动较大,能耗较大,危险性高。在充分考虑各产烃站内不同轻烃输送顺序约束以及站内罐容约束等的基础上,以研究时间段内系统启泵次数最少为目标,建立轻烃站场外输优化调度模型,求解输烃站场最优输烃时间窗分布。采用两阶段算法进行求解,最后通过实际算例说明算法是有效可行的。计算结果表明:新的输送方案的启泵次数较传统输送方案启泵次数降低了61.1%,减少了由于泵机组频繁启停造成的设备损耗,以及电力能耗费和频繁启停带来的管理与操作等问题。(图3,表6,参19)
