目的了解毕节市受艾滋病影响中学生主观幸福感现状及影响因素,为政府相关部门制定和实施健康促进政策提供理论依据。方法采用青少年主观幸福感量表,对104名毕节市受艾滋病影响中学生和1 917名非受艾滋病影响的中学生进行现场调查。结果毕节市受艾滋病影响中学生的生活满意度总分及其除学业满意度外的各维度、积极情感得分均低于非受艾滋病影响中学生,消极情感得分高于非受艾该病影响中学生(P值均<0.05)。在受艾滋病影响的中学生中,生活满意度分量表除学业满意度外,其余维度上均表现为女生高于男生(P值均<0.05),快乐感量表的消极情感表现为男生高于女生(P<0.05);友谊满意度、环境满意度、积极、消极情感在各年级间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);未住校学生的友谊、自由满意度得分均高于住校生,消极情感低于住校生(P值均<0.05)。多因素分析显示,受艾滋病影响中学生主观幸福感的影响因素有性别、年级、学习成绩、同学关系、照顾者、家庭类型、家庭收入、父母患病情况、言语中伤(P值均<0.05)。结论毕节市受艾滋病影响中学生主观幸福感较低。应正确合理地关怀和帮助受艾滋病影响中学生。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of subjective well-being of AIDS-affected middle school students in Bijie City and to provide theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of health promotion policies by relevant government departments. Methods Based on the subjective well-being scale of adolescents, 104 field AIDS-affected middle school students and 1 917 non-AIDS-affected middle school students in Bijie City were surveyed on site. Results The total score of life satisfaction of secondary school students affected by HIV / AIDS in Bijie City and their dimensions except for school satisfaction were lower than those of secondary school students who were not affected by AIDS. The score of negative emotion was higher than that of non-AIDS-affected middle school students (P All <0.05). Among the middle school students affected by HIV / AIDS, subscales of life satisfaction were higher than those of boys (P <0.05), except for academic satisfaction. The negative emotions of happiness scale were higher for boys than girls (P <0.05). There was significant difference in friendship satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, positive and negative emotions in all grades (P <0.05). The scores of friendship and freedom satisfaction of non-resident students were all higher than Resident students, negative emotions were lower than those of resident students (P <0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of subjective well-being of AIDS-affected middle school students were gender, grade, academic performance, classmates relationship, caregiver, family type, family income, parents’ illness and verbal slander (all P <0.05). Conclusion The subjective well-being of middle school students affected by AIDS in Bijie City is low. The middle school students who are affected by AIDS should be correctly and reasonably concerned and helped.
