今天西南來開一个財政工作會議,到會的有各省粮食局長,審计科長,會計科長,稅務會計,糧秣會計,和工薪研究员等。大會要我来講几句話,我想先就從財经統一说起,因为財經统一對我们的作用太大了!我们必須貫澈財經統一的精神來開這個会,來檢查過去的工作,來改進今後的工作。全國財經工作統一之後,特别是西南三月財政會議之后,從西南具体的執行上來看,中央這一决定是全完正確的。在兩个多月的事贯中,已表现出財經统一的偉大力量。
