Promotion of positions is an important incentive for enterprises. There are two major functions for promotion of positions in enterprises. One is to select outstanding talents, and the other is to encourage the work enthusiasm of existing staff. However, those who do not necessarily perform best in promotion of their positions can be promoted, and those who can be promoted to higher levels depend more on their ability to work and personality. The outstanding employees who fail to be promoted should have enough recognition and compensation to reflect the proper status and value of different types of employees in the enterprise. How to correctly apply the promotion of this important incentive, but also to minimize as much as possible
