随着我国社会经济的不断发展与城市化进程的日益加快,高层建筑越来愈多,人们对建筑工程施工与建筑物整体性的要求也逐步提高,由于钢筋混凝土在不同的温度下收缩的程度和膨胀的程度不同,产生有害的裂缝是不可避免的,如果通过后浇带的技术控制可以有效缓解因混凝土结构出现的施工裂缝。但是,虽然当前后浇带的应用范围越来越广泛,但是在后浇带混凝土浇筑过程中不可避免地存在微沉降变形,新旧混凝土接缝处很难做到平整合一,同时施工中经常会出现漏浆错台的现象,既影响了后浇带混凝土的结构质量,又造成观感上不理想。因而,必须加强后浇带模板工程的质量管理及工艺改进,做好安装前的准备工作,加强浇注后的养护工作,严格监督与检查,以确保后浇带的施工质量。
