人民版高中历史教材自2004年使用以来,至今已有4版。这套按“模块—专题”体例编写的教材叙史准确,结构合理,语言极具文学色彩,有《史记》之遗风,受到实验区师生的好评。但白玉微瑕,使用过程中也发现了一些问题。有一些问题经专家和一线老师指出商榷,再版时已有更正,但仍有一些存疑之处。一、民族区域自治制度是1954年正式确认为新中国的一项基本政治制度的吗7人民版高中历史教材必修一(2009年6月第4版)第67-68页谈到“民族区域自治制度的确立”时这样表述:“1954
