本文采用一台Z-80单板机及附加少量扩展芯片,取代了控制回路的模拟调节器,构成一个单板旋切机微机控制的直流调速系统。利用PIO接口、CTC计数器/定时器、A/D转换器及分频电路、脉冲变换和功率放大电路等,实现了对控制角的计算,触发脉冲的定时和移相,模拟量的采集及转换。同时,本文还对数字调节器和数字触发器的有关参数进行了设计、选择和计算,并给出了系统的硬件线路图和软件程序框图。经实验室模拟实验表明,本系统具有较高的调速性能和工作可靠性。
In this paper, a Z-80 single-board machine and an additional small amount of expansion chip, instead of the analog control loop regulator to form a veneer peeling machine microcomputer-controlled DC speed control system. Using PIO interface, CTC counter / timer, A / D converter and frequency divider circuit, pulse conversion and power amplifier circuit, the control of the angle calculation, the trigger pulse timing and phase shifting, analog acquisition and conversion . At the same time, the paper also designs, selects and calculates the relevant parameters of digital regulator and digital trigger, and gives the hardware circuit diagram and software program block diagram of the system. The laboratory simulation shows that the system has high speed performance and reliability.
