目的:观察疏血通对兔股动脉血栓远端血清乳酸代谢的影响。方法:建立兔股动脉血栓模型;分组:动脉组30只,生理盐水250 m L+疏血通10 m L,30 m L/h静脉滴注;对照组30只,生理盐水250 m L,30 m L/h静脉滴注;血气分析检测乳酸值。结果:实验组乳酸值(2.2±0.19)mmol/L显著低于对照组乳酸值(7.6±0.55)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通可以显著减低兔股动脉血栓远端血清乳酸代谢。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shuxuetong on the serum lactic acid metabolism of rabbit distal femoral artery thrombosis. Methods: A rabbit femoral artery thrombosis model was established. The rats in the arterial group were divided into two groups: 30 rats in the arterial group, 250 m L normal saline and 10 m L / L / h intravenous drip; blood gas analysis of lactate value. Results: Lactic acid (2.2 ± 0.19) mmol / L in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (7.6 ± 0.55) mmol / L (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shuxuetong can significantly reduce the distal femoral artery thrombosis serum lactate metabolism.
