对比总结了 L S系列催化剂的使用情况。结果表明 ,在一级转化器均装填使用 L S- 931Al2 O3 基催化剂的前提下 ,二级转化器上部装填 L S- 971脱氧保护型催化剂 ,下部装填 L S- 811Al2 O3 催化剂后 ,与单纯使用 L S- 931催化剂相比 ,单器转化率由 6 4.1%提高到 70 .1% ,有机硫水解率由 96 %提高到接近 10 0 % ,两项合计使装置总硫转化率由 95 .1%提高到 96 .2 % ;若与两个转化器全部使用 L S- 811催化剂相比 ,则装置总硫转化率可由 94.49%提高到 96 .2 %使用效果更加显著。
The use of L S series catalyst is summarized. The results showed that the L-971 deoxidation-protected catalyst was packed in the upper part of the second-stage reformer and the L-831Al2 O3 catalyst was packed in the lower part of the second-stage reformer when the first-stage reformer was packed with L-931Al2O3 catalyst. L-S-931 catalyst, the single conversion rate increased from 6 4.1% to 70.1%, and the organic sulfur hydrolysis rate increased from 96% to nearly 100%. % To 96.2%. The total sulfur conversion can be increased from 94.49% to 96.2% with the use of L-811 catalyst compared with the two converters.
